Job Description

  • Generating official documents such as offer letters, HR letters, salary slips, and warning letters, contracts.
  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.
  • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Specialist.
  • Understanding of general HR policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or relevant field.
  • Excellent in English

  • Ability to work independently and productively, but also to work well in a collegial, team atmosphere.
